Jana is an experienced commercial, technology, and corporate lawyer and Partner at Logan & Partners with over 15 years of experience providing solutions-oriented legal advice. She gained her extensive international expertise in commercial and corporate law, technology, intellectual property, and public finance, practicing law in the United States, Europe, and Asia. She has worked at law firms and as in-house counsel.

Jana specializes in negotiating, drafting, and analysing legal contracts, covering diverse domains such as outsourcing, supply chain and logistics, software and technology, intellectual property licensing, research and development, data protection, mergers and acquisitions, finance transactions, and more. Her client portfolio includes a wide range of industries, such as consumer goods, technology, manufacturing, banking, pharmaceuticals, industrial equipment, and entertainment.

Jana has a distinguished academic record and is a published author. She holds a Juris Doctor (law degree) from Yale Law School and a Ph.D. from Columbia University, where her research focused on legal reform in China.

Fluent in English and German, Jana is based in the Washington, DC area, and is qualified in California and Virginia (forthcoming). Beyond her legal pursuits, she enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking, and reading.
